Beginners Class - Cupcake Bouquet

This is designed for true beginners. If you have already had some experience with pipping, you might find this class a little to basic. You may prefer my intermediate class.

Please Note: The cupcakes and buttercream we use in class contain a small amount of vanilla extract. Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair accessibility.

  • Saturday 19th July 2025

  • 10.00am - 2.00pm / 2.30pm

  • In this class, you'll learn to pipe some of my most loved beginner friendly flowers including:

    • My signature rose

    • Hydrangeas

    • Swirl Rose

    • Mini Peonies

    • All the finishing touches to bring them to life.

    • Colouring buttercream.

    • Preparing a piping bag with and without couplers.

    • Utilising various piping tips.

    Then I will guide you step by step as we turn your floral cupcakes into a beautifully wrapped bouquet using tissue paper and cellophane and ribbon.

    You will also be using the tips from my flower piping tip set, and you get to take them home as well.

    You will also be sent after the class a copy of:

    • The buttercream recipe we use in class

    • My vanilla cupcake written recipe

    • Copy of my E-book

  • By registering for a class with Bouquet Cakes, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

    - All courses require a minimum number of students to proceed. If there are insufficient numbers, the course may be cancelled or deferred to a later date. In this case, course fees can either be refunded to you electronically or transferred to another course.

    - Bouquet Cakes reserves the right to cancel classes at any time, up to and including on the scheduled class date, due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case class fees can either be refunded to you electronically or transferred to another class.

    - Places on classes are only allocated upon full payment of the course fee.

    - Cancellations require 4 days notice to change the date of your class. All class bookings are non-refundable for cancellations made within 4 days of the class, except where the class has been cancelled by Bouquet Cakes.

    -If you cannot attend a class you are welcome to transfer the place to someone else.

    - You are welcome to take photographs throughout your class but please be respectful of others. Bouquet Cakes will also, on occasion, take photographs and/or video footage during and/or after the class which may be used on the business website and/or social media pages. If you do not consent to be photographed or for the photographs to be used this way, please inform us prior to your class.

    - All products baked for our classes are prepared in our Council Registered Kitchen, we are also fully insured.

    - Class products (baked or otherwise) may contain any or all the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, artificial colors, and artificial flavors. Please note that this list is not exhaustive. We do not take any responsibility for allergic reactions.
