Terms and Conditions - Bouquet Cakes

By purchasing any product from Bouquet Cakes it is assumed that you have read and accepted my terms and conditions in full.

All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of the product ordered.

All payments are taken in full via bank transfer or credit card to secure your order.

All orders are made to order.

Any non collected orders due to sickness or extreme circumstances are refundable only at Bouquet Cakes discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any order placed, a credit can be arranged in some circumstances.

Deposits are only necessary for certain orders – this will be discussed individually and finalised at a consultation between the customer and Bouquet Cakes. Deposits are hereafter non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of Bouquet Cakes on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations after an order is finalised.

Collection times are finalised between consultations. Once you have selected your preferred collection time it is your responsibility to adhere to the chosen time and date. Failure to do so will result in your order being resold. Any rescheduled collection times will be solely at Bouquet Cakes discretion and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. Due to the perishable nature of these products I do not recommend keeping them longer than three days. There are no refunds available on any perishable item.

Cupcakes can be stored in the fridge, freezer or at room temperature.

Any allergies must be declared at the time of placing your order. Bouquet Cakes hold no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at time of purchase. Due to the nature of these products I cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, separate batches may vary slightly, however I always endeavour to keep consistency. Customer design specifications are finalised at consultation. Final designs and variants thereof are at the final discretion of Bouquet Cakes to ensure the best possible result for each individual customer. Different sized cakes/cupcakes/bouquets contain different variants of design and colours. Final design specifications are at Bouquet Cakes discretion.

In the event an order is cancelled a credit or refund can be arranged providing the order has not been started. The credit can be used on any product to the value of the product at the time of placing a new order.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order please inform me promptly so that I can rectify any issues in a timely fashion.

Where fresh flowers are requested to be placed on your cake, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants. Where we supply the flowers, you acknowledge Bouquet Cakes are limited to the availability on the day and cannot guarantee specific type or colours of flowers. It is recommended to source them directly from a florist if this is important to you.

If you have supplied a photo of a cake that you would like made, please note that while Bouquet Cakes try to decorate it as close as possible to the original design, the cake cannot look exactly the same for copyright. Every cake decorator and designer has their own style of decorating and Bouquet Cakes are limited to colours and products available at the time.

Bouquet Cakes is not responsible for any interference with, or damage to the product sold after it has been collected/delivered.

All products sold will be photographed and Bouquet Cakes reserves the right to use any photos for display or promotion.

From time to time Bouquet Cakes may have giveaways. Prizes must be collected within one month of the announcement of the winners. Alternatively a pick up date is to be arranged following the one month. Failing that and if no contact is made after that, the prize is considered null and void.
